The Beginning
Eight years ago, Rinki embarked on her fitness journey. Initially, her focus was solely on altering her appearance through weight training. However, as she delved deeper into the realm of fitness, she discovered that it extended far beyond physical transformation. Fitness became a powerful tool, enhancing her mental and physical strength, and eventually evolved into a way of life.
Driven by a newfound purpose, Rinki expanded her training to include Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art. She leveraged this skill to empower underprivileged women and children, collaborating with an NGO in India called Naari Shakti. Her dedication to this cause garnered recognition, with her efforts being highlighted in the Indian Express Media.

Rinki's fitness journey didn't stop there. She pursued CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, competing in several events. Her hard work paid off when she secured second place in the 49kg weight category at the Intra State Delhi Olympic Weightlifting Competition.
Armed with a wealth of fitness knowledge, Rinki began coaching clients, offering a comprehensive and personalized approach to fitness. She considers each client's unique needs, abilities, and preferences to tailor her training programs.
